About Me
I am a licensed clinical social worker with 32 years of experience working with people throughout the life span. I attended Yeshiva University earning a Master’s degree in Social Work. I began working with adults and seniors during my internship in graduate school and found this very rewarding.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is based on feeling supported, understood and safe. I became a therapist because I wanted to help people see they are resilient despite life’s challenges. I made the decision to be a therapist after working on a crisis team and seeing that despite difficult circumstances, people were able to work through pain and loss and live meaningful lives.
